We’re looking for a skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position. As an independent contractor, you will deliver therapeutic services to individuals facing challenges such anxiety, depression, and addiction. This role requires working autonomously with clients to develop treatment plans, goals, and ongoing documentation as necessary.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Manage your own caseload and schedule while delivering individual therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with professional standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain active professional liability insurance.
• Hold full licensure to provide clinical services in the state of Delaware (e.g. LCSW, LPCMH, Licensed Psychologist).
• Possess a minimum of two years of relevant full-time post graduate experience.

• Expertise in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
• Strong foundation in clinical social work, psychology, or a related field, with the requisite experience.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, from children to seniors.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and connection with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills for record-keeping and caseload management.
• Knowledge of best practices in outpatient therapy, particularly in remote clinical settings.
